There are plenty of girls out there that fall in love
with their best friend. He grew on you out of nowhere, in ways you never
thought possible. You started thinking maybe they are "The
One". He’s a great listener, has a great sense of humor, pays
attention to what you say, dresses awesome, and gets along with your friends.
Is it a good idea to tell him you like him? Does he like you too? The
fear of being rejected kills you. You do not wanna risk the great friendship. He
might not want you like you want him. How do you tell him?
You already know everything about him: what he likes and
dislikes; the types of girls he prefers, his favorite sports teams...just as
well as he knows everything about you and finds it cute. His mom and dog
adores you already; What to do? what to do?
Well I know you are expecting me to tell you what to do
in this situation because many of us have been in it. However, I don’t know any
better than you guys. Here’s what you don’t do. You do not, and again I repeat,
you do not get completely drunk at your best friends house and confess your love
to him while falling over. Then you definitely do not start crying while you
confess your love as he walks you to bed. You also do no invest money to go
visit him at his school, because he WILL greet you with his ugly ex- girlfriend
and break your heart. Boys are dumb and do not get you. Or better yet, I have
been thinking, boys are not as dumb as they seem and know the exact damage they
are doing but continue to do it because we are not going anywhere. Next time I
see him, things will be exactly the same. We all know what we do and we
continue to do it. It’s sick, and unhealthy but nothing will ever stop. We are
all afraid to change situations because your brain along with your heart make
it so you remember and feel the good and happy more than the pain and the sad.
As of now my advice is to not fish in your friend pool, because those fish are
not ready for what you have to offer. Remember ladies, there’s a lot of fish in
the sea but wait for the guy who realizes you’re a fucking mermaid.
